Other Recreation Ground Plans:

COMPLETED 2019 – Outdoor table tennis table – supported with funding from Tesco Bags of Help scheme.

COMPLETED 2019 – Petanque court – 2 lanes for all to enjoy, in conjunction with Battle Muffins.

Outdoor gym equipment – Static pieces of equipment available to all.

COMPLETED 2019 – Youth Pod – a shelter with seating, to be installed near the Aeroskate, to provide a covered seating area. Funded by a grant from Rother Community Grants and fund raising by Claverham Community College. Donations towards he project were also kindly received from the Police Property Act Fund.

COMPLETED 2020 – Battle Health Pathway and Cycle Skills Area. The pathway provides an all-weather path around Battle Recreation Ground for walking, cycling, running and scooting. The cycle skills areas provides lumps and bumps for cyclists of all ages to have fun and improve their cycle handling skills.

COMPLETED 2021 – Replacement Skate Ramp – a contribution form ESCC and funds from our local CIL enabled us to fund this replacement ramp. Donations from Battle Muffin Club enabled us to provide a picnic bench. Sussex Police Property Act Fund provided funding for materials to allow a post and rail fence to be installed.
