Running Beginners Wanted!
Taking up running can seem like a scary prospect, especially if you feel out of shape or unfit.
Using the NHS Couch to 5K plan runners from Battle Town Football Club (BTFC) will help you gradually work up towards running 5K in just 9 weeks.
The plan involves 3 runs a week, with a day of rest in between.
BTFC will get you off to a great start each week by completing the first run with you. You will complete the other two runs in your own time using the NHS app.
